July Camp NaNoWriMo update

Late last night, but still before midnight, I hit over 30k words. My document count reported 30,178, whereas the NaNo validator counter reported 30,621. I used a fair number of “/” ‘s so I’m guessing NaNo counted the word on each side of the slash instead of counting it as one big word.  Which was nice, but not necessary 🙂

Badges aren’t available yet even though I’ve validated and been given the WINNER screen. I don’t see a winner’s shirt for camp, which makes sense because campers set their word count. I still don’t like how the cabin’s are set up. It took multiple tries to get the one other real-life person I wanted in my cabin. It’d be nice if they had a filter for city so cabins could connect with the write-in’s better.
